This is a two-stage setup session:
Account Setup: We create or configure your GA4 property, set up key events, and ensure tracking aligns with your business goals.
Initial Training: Review the setup together, explain key metrics, and show how to access reports and interpret guest behavior.
Access requirements:
GA4 access (Editor-level)
Website admin access (Wix, WordPress, Squarespace, etc.)
Optional: Any previous analytics reports or marketing data for reference
What you’ll receive at the end:
A fully configured GA4 account tailored to your inn
Basic event tracking and funnel setup for monitoring key guest actions
Training summary explaining important metrics and how to interpret them
Guest journey insights with actionable recommendations
Following a written agreement, we begin with GA4 account configuration and tracking setup. Our methodological approach ensures all key events and reports are correctly implemented. Depending on your property and website, this may include minor tracking adjustments or more extensive configuration of events, goals, and funnels. At the conclusion, you’ll have a fully functional GA4 account and guidance for ongoing data interpretation.
