Now you’re probably wondering what the heck is PAVILION? Well, it’s Wolfeboro’s newest high end dining experience and newest project from the team behind the Pickering House Inn. Located in the New Hampshire Lakes Region, it provides seasonal and ingredient driven curated dishes that are cooked to perfection time and time again. Committed to the same standards of excellence, Chef Jonathan Hudak’s seasonal cooking is complemented by curated cocktails, wine and beer. The ever-evolving menu celebrates the hard work of local farmers, ranchers and fishermen, whose bounty showcases what New Hampshire, and New England as a whole, has to offer.

There may be a few rounds of edits and revisions at this stage in order to perfect the site, which is encouraged!
